Is accounting software included in the price?+

Your books live in industry-standard accounting software — QuickBooks or Xero, depending on your setup — and that subscription is billed by the software provider, not by us. If you already have an account we connect to it. If not, we'll guide you through setting one up during onboarding and configure it for real estate bookkeeping. You don't work in it; we do.

What if my books are behind?+

Add cleanup bookkeeping from $149 per month of backlog. We bring past periods to a clean starting point so the ongoing monthly books stay accurate.

What happens if I go over my deal limit?+

Plans are sized to typical volume. If your deal count or account count consistently runs above the plan, we'll flag it and move you up — or add accounts at $25/month, whichever costs you less.

Do you file my taxes?+

No. We don't file returns or give tax advice — your CPA does that. We keep the books they file from, closed and documented at year end.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. No contracts and no exit calls. We finish the current month and stop.
